Last day I read on newspaper that petrol supply in Bangalore is reduced by 30%. Now Lots of confusion that ,Shall I make vehicle tank full ? .Is this helps petrol pincher's around my house ?

Few days back I asked my spare parts shop owner that please give me the bill.I got reply that you have to pay extra 12.5% of the cost of the spares.Paper bill will cost me 100 rupees .
Last day I heard from the police man saying to the car owners those parked their vehicle on the road, that you can park your vehicle where ever unless we receive complaints from residents.
Rules are customizing here in Bangalore.
